For the last 13 years, has evolved from a Dubai-based startup that brought employers and employees together – a step that has revolutionized the recruitment landscape in the Middle East and North Africa region – to one of the most recognized brands in the region for initiating and leading change.

One of the latest trends in the rapidly changing tech scene is the emergence of mobile applications. Mobile is changing us and the way we live our lives. Mobile has changed how we interact with the world around us; how we communicate, read the news, stay in-the-know with our friends’ updates, but also how we work and play. Today, there’s an application for everything, and since’s mission is to empower people to lead better lives with tools and information, we launched mobile app for iPhone, Android and BlackBerry in 2012.

To give you a clear idea of all the goodness of the app, we asked a number of bloggers in the region (and beyond) to give us their feedback on the app. All bloggers agreed that the app is simple, easy to use and provides several features that bring your career closer to your everyday life.

Wesley Young, a freelance writer from the UK specializing in tech startups and app reviews, wrote on his blog “Steel Data” about the many benefits app offers to jobseekers in the region and around the world. Wesley described the app as “a fantastic and irreproachable mobile companion that is intended to work in tandem with its web-based counterpart.” For people interested in moving to the Middle East, Wesley sees the app as “a way to scope out new opportunities overseas from the comfort of your palm, wherever you are.”

On his blog “The Lovable Critic”, Ali Farhat praised the basic, ‘easy on the eye’ design of the app and said, “The company has done a great job! To begin with, the app is fast and convenient; users can simply sign in and find all the options they need. After selecting the appropriate region and clicking on ‘Find Jobs’, the available jobs load instantly, and the user can apply without being directed to the website.”

Salah Hamed (author of the blog “The Mythical Truth”) provides a detailed description of the app, listing pros and cons of each feature. One of the features Salah liked about the app is the ability to apply directly from your smartphone, and to share openings with your friends on Facebook and Twitter.

On his blog “MEA Mobile Review”, Muhammad Ali said that he instantly fell in love with the app. What he found truly useful about the app is the ability to view your CV right from your mobile, but also apply for jobs on-the-go, manage multiple CVs, and create customized notifications and job alerts.

With a whole world of jobs in the palm of your hand, it’s now easy to stay one step ahead. Get the best from whenever you want, wherever you are because everything is going mobile, including your job search. app is free and available for iPhone, Android and BlackBerry. Download it now!
