Tuesday the 5th of February 2013 was a big day for Bayt.com: it was recognized (for the third year in a row) as one of the “Top Companies to Work for in the UAE” by Great Place to Work® Institute. The list is a ranking of the UAE’s best employers based on the confidential feedback of employees (called the “Trust Index survey”) and an audit of management practices (or the “Culture Audit”). Bayt.com had previously made it among the top 10 companies to work in the UAE in 2011 and 2012.
