Most recommended readings (Websites, books) for people interested in my field of work/ industry I do not believe much in business literature except for gaining specific knowledge. I think more philosophical reading can be much more inspiring and develop you as a person and manager. An example of easy reading would be Paulo Coelho’s The Alchemist.
In another life, my perfect job would be Probably a more academic role that involves working more with people, such as a medical doctor or a teacher.
For me, living and working in Dubai so far has been Leaving your home country gives you perspective on life, values and what is important in life.
A successful career thought/ motto that I live by ( and advise others to consider) Think as your clients!

Experience is achieved on a Daily Basis. It´s like a Baby learning and WANTING to Walk .
Many may not have the HIGH ACADEMIC Studies, but have the determination to triumph, specially, when having to work FAR from Home.
I’ve had that experience, ´Doing tasks without previous knowledge, but with the Spirit and Self Pride to BLEND IN Quickly, and be Part of the TEAM…
People are different. Some Succeed others do not. But.. a Chance Should be given to prove ones self that it can be done, and be successful, along with OUTSTANDING RESULTS…
